Refund Policy

Our commitment
We want you to be satisfied with Formra. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds in the circumstances described below.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Business) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription only.
To request a refund, email billing@formra.net with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Renewal payments
After the initial 14-day period, subscription renewal payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Exceptions
We may decline refund requests where:
- The account has violated our Terms of Service
- The refund request is made after the 14-day window
- The request appears to be fraudulent or in bad faith
Free plan
The free plan is provided at no charge. No refunds are applicable to the free plan.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
