Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing billing@formra.net. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What counts as a response?
A response is counted each time someone submits your form. On the free plan you get 50 per month across all your forms. Pro and Business have no limits.
What is an AI generation?
One generation is one use of the AI question generator — it produces 6–10 questions from your description. Free accounts get 5 per month, paid plans are unlimited.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. See our refund policy for details.
How do team members work?
On the Business plan you can invite up to 4 team members (5 seats total including you). Members can be assigned editor or viewer roles.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
