Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Formra (“the Service”), operated by Formra (“we”, “us”, “our”) at formra.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Formra is an AI-powered form and survey builder. We provide tools to create, publish, and collect responses from online forms. The Service is provided as a subscription-based software product.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Collect data from minors without verifiable parental consent
Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications
Collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, political beliefs) without appropriate safeguards and consent
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Formra offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Business). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

Subscriptions are managed through Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting billing@formra.net. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of the data you collect through your forms. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Intellectual property

The Formra name, logo, software, and all related content are the intellectual property of Formra. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
